01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gggjl6 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through gggjl6.net (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the gggjl6 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

gggjl6 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on gggjl6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. gggjl6 will conduct age verification checks and may request government-issued identification at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gggjl6 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by gggjl6 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gggjl6, or an immediate family member of any such person.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of gggjl6, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) gggjl6 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gggjl6 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gggjl6 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: gggjl6 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and payment method verification documents.
• Account Suspension: gggjl6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gggjl6 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• gggjl6 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your gggjl6 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• gggjl6 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• gggjl6 targets withdrawal processing times of 15–30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• gggjl6 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

gggjl6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gggjl6 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: gggjl6 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate any account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of automated software, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification: gggjl6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gggjl6 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• Random Number Generators: All non-live games on gggjl6 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to manipulation by gggjl6 or its staff.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity issue, gggjl6 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to players. gggjl6 shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the gggjl6 server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may submit disputes through the official support channel within 72 hours of the disputed event.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slot games are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gggjl6 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one gggjl6 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with gggjl6 games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to card marking, chip dumping, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Using the gggjl6 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the gggjl6 platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gggjl6 staff or other players;
• Accessing the gggjl6 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the gggjl6 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of gggjl6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gggjl6 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any gggjl6 content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on gggjl6 content;
• Use any gggjl6 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the gggjl6 platform.

Any unauthorized use of gggjl6 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gggjl6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the gggjl6 platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the gggjl6 platform or any game;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the gggjl6 platform.

gggjl6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The gggjl6 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gggjl6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

gggjl6 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the gggjl6 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data, KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay data;
• Use of data for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement;
• Retention of data for the period required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law;
• Sharing of data with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other regulatory authorities as required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

gggjl6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to manage their playing time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the gggjl6 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Account Termination

gggjl6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• At gggjl6's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination for cause, gggjl6 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.

You may close your gggjl6 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gggjl6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gggjl6 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the gggjl6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at gggjl6.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

• First Step — Internal Resolution: Players must first submit a formal complaint to gggjl6 customer support. gggjl6 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days.
• Second Step — PAGCOR Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved through internal channels, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
• Third Step — Philippine Courts: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent gggjl6 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
